Some brides prefer the simplicity in
set-up of a stacked cake. That means it has no columns showing. We
still support our cakes from within so that they are stable throughout delivery
as well as the reception. Nobody realizes they are supported until the
cakes are cut. This does make for a more perfect wedding cake, with less
problems during delivery. On
this page are a variety of styles to show you that there is a wedding cake for
every taste. From elegant to interesting, from classic to
simple. There are also some stacked wedding cakes on the fondant page
and on the first wedding cake page.

This cake at left is a very "today"
look. This cake was designed by the bride and it coordinated very well
with the flower vases with fresh cut limes inside and fresh calla lilies on the
tables.

The 4 wedding cakes in the next row and
the first in the following row all feature hand-made fondant seashells done in a
variety of styles. We do a lot of these due to our proximity to the
Florida coast. As the pictures show we can match the wedding colors or do
a more natural colored shell. There are more seashell pictures on other
pages as well. There are also two more below, #13 & 19 also have
shells.
The wedding color
was lime green and ivory .
