With our website being viewed by visitors from all over the world we wish to make it clear that we are a small retail bakery serving only our local area. we would LOVE to be able to ship cakes and please customers all over but there is no guarantee that a shipped cake will reach it's destination in the same condition it left our bakery .

Sometimes you don't need a decorated cake, just a yummy cake or pie for dessert or a holiday table. Try one of our made from scratch cakes or pies. Every single one of them are made "on-site" in our bakery from quality ingredients. You can even special order them in the size you need. We can make them to serve as small as 8 people or larger to suit your needs. We can also add some decorations, such as buttercream flowers if you order in advance.
We can also do Ice cream cakes and large chocolate chip cookie-cakes upon special order for birthdays and other occasions.
Please feel free to call for information about any pie or cake you have a question about. You'll be glad you did!

Yellow cake with chopped apple filling and creamy caramel icing. and chopped pecans. Almost liking eating a candy apple!

Chocolate cake with cookies & cream icing and filling accented with chocolate buttercream and finished off with oreo cookies.

Red Velvet cake with cream cheese icing & filling, topped off with chopped pecans and cherries.
Lattice-topped Cherry pie
Hand-made pie crust with cherry pie filling. We also do a cherry crumb similar to apple crumb in picture # 12.
Carrot Cake
We really peel and grind the fresh carrots to make this extra special home-made style carrot cake. Finished off with cream cheese icing.
German Chocolate Cake Chocolate cake with German chocolate icing on top and in the middle and chocolate iced sides. Also available as an All-German chocolate iced upon request.
Reese Cup Cake
Chocolate cake, with peanut butter filling,with chocolate icing, Reese cups and chocolate drizzle....bring on the milk!
Pecan Pie
A real southern recipe. Creamy and full of pecan halves in a hand-formed pie crust!
Rocky Road cake
Combination of thin layers of yellow & chocolate cake and both white and chocolate buttercream, pecans, choc. chunks and cherries.
Hummingbird cake
Similar to carrot cake but with bananas and pineapple instead. Iced with cream cheese icing If you like banana bread, you will love this!

Due to changing economic conditions our bakery is now operating by special order or appointment only. We are still doing wedding and Groom's cakes and will continue to do birthday or other special occasion cakes but now operate on a very limited walk-in basis. You may order by these 4 methods.
1. Leave a message on our answering machine in the bakery and we will return your call for confirmation as soon as we are able.
2. Catch us between Wednesday and Saturday in the bakery.
3. E-mail us at the address at the bottom of this page. Please allow 24 hours or more but we will get back to you as soon as we can.
4. Fill out a self-order form at the order station we have set up in our restaurant.
In all 4 cases the order will be confirmed by return phone call or e-mail unless you have ordered in person.
